I placed a rather large order for Dunoon bone china tea mugs. Everything was incredibly well packed and there was no visible damage to the shopping box. Unfortunately, one mug was broken. I sent an email along with pictures of the broken mug. The response was immediate and a replacement was promptly dispatched. Great Customer Service!
