We could not be happier, Richard was compassionate and understanding, he explained the process so well that we could easily understand it. The whole thing was completed a lot quicker than we had been led to believe would be the case by others. Richard put us at our ease which really helped. I will not hesitate to reccomend Green Lane to anyone & have infact already done so for 2 sets of relatives who have unfortunately found themselves in similar positions recently.
