Ordered a pair of Thunder Trekking boots, arrived and look fine (yet to be worn). Laces weren't as advertised but they are arranging for a replacement set to be sent through. Main concern is that the incentive that was advertised at the time of ordering (£30 gift pack) was not honoured and the CS team claim has only been available since after the order was placed.
