I bought a pair of Grisport boots, they are very comfortable BUT after a few weeks the soles came away so I took them back to the retailer who replaced them for me But again after a few weeks the sole came away again, so I took them back to the retailer who refused to exchange them as I only had the original receipt. So I took them to the cobblers who stuck the soles back on but after a few days the soles came off. The cobbler said there was a problem with the material used for the soles. So I contacted Grisport via e-mail but did not receive a reply, so I made a comment on their FB page and they removed it. I have e-mailed them again but to no avail..No customer service, Boots Not fit for purpose. It is a disgrace
