My experience with this organization was mixed. We made several license purchases for media items for our VBS program and the process was smooth, prices were reasonable, the media content was Biblical and well-produced. There was, however, a neutral-at-best interaction with Customer Service... when we inquired about licensing a 10-year-old video posted on their YouTube channel, the response was basically that we could not purchase anything that wasn't already on their website (unless we wanted to purchase the entire 2014 VBS program for the one video), but we were welcome to view the video on YouTube (which expressly forbids other than personal use). Certainly not a negative, but it seems like a missed opportunity to provide excellence. Your mileage may vary.
