The plants arrived very quickly and were securely packed. Both look in good condition, despite obviously having been upside down at some point during the journey - one was missing quite a bit of its compost which I had to replace with some of my own. Luckily Sansevieria are resilient! However, this was NOT THE FAULT of Grow Urban but due to carelessness on the part of the courier at some stage - the young man who handed me the box did so with care and with the box the right way up.
