What an amazing business! I found grow urban online as I wanted to order some houseplants and pots from a Scottish company as we reside in the Highlands. Originally I was not able to get a delivery to our address as they use DPD which did not cover our area. I had email exchanges with the lovely Rachel and Sophie and they were able to sort it for me. Absolutely brilliant customer service from the beginning to end. The first lot of plants and pots arrived, stunning! I placed a second order which is due tomorrow. Having ordered house plants from other big online companies, grow urban really knows what they are doing. The quality of their plants and pots (some from Danish company Berg Potters) are exceptional.
