The product was good but the communication was poor. Took time out from work for the install and they showed up 3.5 hrs later with no call. And they didn't get everything for the install so had to come back the next day but contract started the first day even though the job wasn't complete. Tried to set up a De-install but they couldn't schedule for 5 days later so had to pay for extra days. They said they couldn't schedule a pick up that soon and I would have to pay even though it was no longer needed. But they forgot to remove 2 rooms at the De-install and had to make arrangements to be there for a second pick up. But when I notified them to De-install 2 rooms they forgot, they were able to set up a pick up for the next day but they couldn't do that at the original request and had to pay for the extra days. Didn't need the extra stress with this in trying to sell a house and move out
