I used the hair mask first as directed followed by the shampoo and conditioner. These products stripped my hair extensions of any moister and matted them. Due to covid I was unable to have them professionally taken out so I had to do this myself which resulted in a lot of my natural hair coming out. For the price I paid I'm absolutely devastated that its ruined my hair. This has resulted in losing around 10 inches of my hair extensions just to get one form of quality back to them I only purchased them in January of this year (2021). I attempted to contact the HairExtensionsBFF with no response. Very unhappy and would not purchase again!
