Very nice, helpful staff on the counter and in the warehouse. The website ordering is clunky though....... staff tell me it allows the customer to order lengths that aren't in stock. In my case I had to buy two shorter lengths of one product ( instead of the longer piece I'd ordered on the web) which increased my costs. I was also unable to add a couple of products to my Web order, even though they were in stock - I bought these when I collected my order, but lost out on my 5% discount for the first order on these particular products. Notwithstanding the Web, which I'll not use again until it improves, I like the range of stock and reasonable pricing at Harlows, and really rate your staff.
