Used online ordering for first time. Ordered on a Friday, picked Tuesday for a delivery date. Heard nothing by Tuesday so rang up. Was asked if I was happy with different lengths of wood to my order. This was fine and was told delivery would be Thursday. Hallows dispatched on Wednesday but despite this DX delivery didn’t arrive until Friday. Job pushed back and after a complaint was refunded delivery charge. Quality timber and pricing but probably would have been less hassle going into a branch to order.
