Positive: Ordering through the website was straightforward and the stock choice was excellent. The sheet goods were protected from rain with a plastic sheet, which was good. Negative: The wood was held together with plastic straps, which damaged the edges of the board. Some prior thought could have prevented this using some padding. The faces of one panel were a bit damaged when I got them out, so hadn’t been handled properly at some point. £25 delivery is cheap compared to others, but I expect better care for £25. Overall: I might use Harlow again, but it’s not a given.
