Great service. Communication about the order processing was prompt.The item was exactly as described and exactly what we wanted for our project. Unfortunately the time arrived damaged despite some serious packaging. The customer care service was again excellent and prompt offering a replacement or full refund without question and with sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused. We would recommend Harlow Timber Group and would use them again.
