First delivery date was 6 days after ordering, advised before delivery some items missing but would follow by courier. Not received after 3 working days so had to telephone 3 times before being able to speak to someone who dealt with orders. He advised would be despatched the following day for receipt the day after ie 6 days after delivery and job on hold waiting. Only wanted, bolts, nuts and washers so nothing that isn't readily available. Not great service. Update. Bolts arrived but no nuts as ordered! Two chasers went unanswered but then a notification of further delivery received resulting in 16 nuts (in a 10 inch square box!) arriving 5 days after the bolts and 11 days after first delivery. Not acceptable Harlows.
