Good prices and brilliant customer service. The website is a bit of a nightmare if you need to order different but similar items as there is no easy way to select different sizes and the order is random, but prices are good. One item I ordered wasn't in stock but I was contacted by phone immediately to sort the problem out. Finally, there was an issue with one wrong item sent. The correct one was despatched immediately with Harlow covering the next day shipping cost. Lesser companies (such as the one that has very large orange warehouse-like buildings) just refund and leave you to source another at your cost.
