Ordered on the 17th June for delivery on the 24th however received a call on the 24th saying that they didn't have the product in stock and I could either have an alternative or they could order it in, although it would be a couple of weeks before it arrived. My issue isn't with their being no stock at the store but that the order was sat on for a week before it was decided that it couldn't be fulfilled. Still waiting for delivery. Would be reluctant to order from here again, even more so when the delivery charge is £25.
EDIT - 2nd July - Following the above review left on the 30th June the issue was dealt with promptly and alternative products delivered. I was informed why the issue had occured and the actions that would be taken to resolve this, with delivery being made on the same day. In fairness to Harlows, once they recognised what the issue was they were very responsive and quick to resolve it.
