I saw lots of your feedback and I was surprised to find myself ordering on line, I’m usually sceptical but as I am perimenopausal with terrible sleeping pattern and ‘running legs’ I thought I would give it a try. I have consistently used the magnesium spray and sleep mist every day for 3 weeks and I am already seeing a difference. I still wake up through the night but now I’m straight back to sleep within minutes instead of the previous clock watching for hours, and I’ve only had ‘ running legs ‘ twice in 3 weeks. I’m going to continue using both until they run out but I’m pretty sure I will be ordering again , thank you all @ Harrogate Organics for a wonderful product.
