AMAZING- I don't do adds on You Tube, but this one piqued my interest, at the mention of Harrogate and knees. Spent many happy years in Harrogate and I have a really sore knee now, following a bad fall around 10 years ago. My Mum kept giving me her Ibuprofen sprays and gels but nothing really made a difference. So, with nothing to lose, I gave the Magnesium spray a go. AND WOW, it actually works for me. I will always have problems with my knee but the spray genuinely gives me relief. I have also been using it as a sleep aid, and I have noticed a huge improvement. Not only will I be buying it again, I will also be looking at their other products. NOTE. The 1st time I tried it, I was left feeling really itchy. I'm 58 and take no medications or supplements.
