I read the reviews for the Magnesium spray and thought that will not help me! My knees ache I can't sleep, then when do fall asleep I wake up at 2am ish and don't sleep again. This can't work... or can it? What did I have to loose? So I ordered two bottles, the first night I was trying to keep an open mind but I have to say it was hard, I couldn't believe it would work. I sprayed my knees and arms and got into bed. Oh my goodness!!! I woke up once and went straight back to sleep.. amazing so far! I got up the next morning and as I put my legs out of bed realised immediately my knees were not aching! I felt like I had, had a good sleep. First time in many, many years. I have been using the spray every night since and it really does work. If I wake up I usually go back to sleep fairly quickly, I always feel well rested and my knees feel much better.
