I ordered this spray after seeing many many reviews on it and how so many people have better sleep using it - I was very excited to be one of those many lucky women who it helped, however for me since purchasing it I haven’t seen any improvement. I am perimenopausal, maybe this is why I am struggling more - I do everything possible to try and make bed time as smooth, comfy and stress free and this spray on top, but alas for me it hasn’t helped. That is not to say it doesn’t work! And I will persevere with it for the foreseeable. Quick delivery though and great marketing :-)
