Having slept badly for many years with both restless legs and cramps, I cannot believe the difference this makes! I am still on my first bottle and spray it behind my knees and on my inner elbows. Received two more bottles today as its so good I really do not want to run out. I tried another magnesium spray years ago which did not work so I was quite sceptical about this one.
