Just about ok. Took a long time to arrive, 5 or 6 days. I paid £4 for delivery and in my opinion for that price it should have arrived in 2 days. The other thing I really dislike about certain online sellers is when they retain your payment details, they did this with my paypal account which fortunately you can unlink in the paypal contol panel. The product itself was magnesium spray, no noticable affect after using for a couple of weeks other than skin irratation. I'm sure it works for some but not me.
