For the purpose I need it which is extreme restless legs, I need to buy one large bottle every two weeks, sometimes sooner which I cannot justify paying for, so I've had to give it up. Im bk to the drawing board again. To those who get r/legs on and off now and again or not to extreme ir any of the other niggles it helps with I say it's really worth a try, it took me a few go's before it worked ( at first I thought it was a no go) but I purchased another bottle and since then it's been working.good luck!
