Very happy with service in the store and of the promptness of delivering my books. Not as happy with the more recent format and in particular the size of the pages and text boxes when creating my books. On a normal lap top screen I find there is a lot of 'wasted' space around the page thus making the space quite small to drag photos to and especially to add text. I have to put the text in a much larger size (36), proof read it and then drop it back to where I want it to be. My reply to my email was acceptable but did not solve the problem, and still hasn't. Surely other users are finding the same issue to be a problem.
