Unfortunately can't give zero. DO NOT use this company. They installed a boiler incorrectly in my house and taken 3 years to rectify. The boiler was wired incorrectly. Switch line was linked out and the heating was permanently on. Stay well clear. Now trying to get me to pay a cancellation fee even though they provided by nothing within contract. No breakdown cover, no 365 day maintenance, no working boiler, no working heating... STAY AWAY
