Heidi is great! I went to her with a minor issue and she was able to figure out what was wrong and give me a plan to correct it in my first appointment! She said she would follow up with me to check in on progress, but that further appointments weren't necessary. I always appreciate people in the medical field who have this approach and I thought Heidi was fantastic to work with!
