After arrival my driver was not in the arrival hall as agreed. I could not reach him via phone or SMS. 20 minutes later I got a call from the driver explaining me where to meet. I had to ask several people for the location because it was not clear. After 20 more minutes I finally found him. My driver Anil was friendly and ask me private questions. He even sent me SMS after the ride and offered free trips with him to show me Melbourne. It seems that he (also the owner of the company) is likely unprofessional and was trying to get into my pants. I would not recommend this company!
