I've been with Headstrong Counselling for nearly two years now and I have to say that It has helped me immensely to get through some very difficult moments in that time and also has helped me regain confidence and given me hope for the future.
My therapist is excellent and without her, I don't know where I'd be today.
The advice that I have been given will always be remembered for getting me to do things that only a couple of years ago I thought would be impossible.
