Easy assessment process, where I was quickly assigned a therapist. I was fortunate to be paired with Pauline. She really helped me through a difficult and challenging time in my life and gave me the tools to better cope with daily life. She created a safe environment for me to talk freely in and for that, I am truly grateful. I stopped my sessions a while back but I would definitely return to headstrong should I need more sessions in the future. I have recommended headstrong to several friends.
