The consistent sessions with my therapist played a crucial role in helping me regain stability, eventually enabling me to successfully taper off my medication. This success followed a previous unsuccessful attempt without therapy. It's important to note that the therapists are in training, so their experience may vary. Despite this, the service offers excellent value for money, and I have gone on to recommended it friends.
