My counselling with Nicola I feel has been life changing. I say this because of where I started and how I felt, to where I am now and how I feel. I can’t remember the last time I sunk into that dark hole that I at times couldn’t get myself out of. On one of my last sessions with Nicola, I told her that in my mind, I have an image now of younger Naomi with a bag on her back that Nicola has helped me pack with all the tools I needed for a very long time. Now I have them and now I am out in the world a different, more healed version of myself. So I can only say thank you, and thank you to Headstrong also for allowing my therapy to continued past the original one year and for being considerate of my personal financial circumstances. They removed the blocks that could have stopped me receiving therapy and that support I am forever grateful for! Thank you ☺️
