Headstrong has been a real blessing - They carefully pair you up with a therapist and take into consideration all your needs (inc financial) as best they can. I have had a generous and empathetic experience with my therapist and will continue it as long as I can. Outside of the regular talking we have regular check-ins to see where I am at. As far as I remember you can pay what you can or it is worked out based on your current financial situation. It is considerably less (50-70%less) than any regular priced therapy and just as good. I have found huge benefits and personal growth and am extremely grateful for the service Headstrong provides. I highly recommend.
