Very friendly consultations with my audiologist Bev, no real problem,the whole process was very straightforward. The hearing aids Bev recommended seem to suit my particular situation and are working really well. The Signia App is very easy to use with plenty of useful videos on how to use and maintain the hearing aids but although personally I didn't have a problem configuring the setting on my iPhone to customising it for my own use , I could see why some people would . So a few links to some useful videos would certainly be of help to others
