I hesitated about spending a not inconsiderable sum on the Phonak Sphere i70 hearing aids from The Hearing Shop. I need not have worried. The price was VERY significantly less than buying from a high street chain and the service, patience, on-line assistance and follow-up from Bev (the audiologist) was beyond compare. I have now had the aids for about six weeks and they, together with Bev's guidance and advice, are doing what was needed to restore my hearing to something approaching a 50 year old. Not bad for an 80 year old! The only thing I would add is that the Phonak app on a smartphone is a big advantage in order to get the full benefit from these aids.
