Sendung ist nicht angekommen, reklamiert, lange Diskussionen mit dem Kundenservice trotz mehrfacher Bitte hier schnell aktiv zu werden, da es sich um ein Geburtstagsgeschenk handelt. Keine Einsicht, erst den Nachforschungsauftrag ausfüllen, dann wird eventuell eine Ersatzlieferung erfolgen. So ein Starrsinn erlebt der Kunde selten, Kundenservice unterirdisch !!! Produktpalette super !
