Die Sendung mit DHL leider nicht angekommen und zurückgeschickt wurde, auch nach dem sehr netten Kontaktieren mit dem Hotline erfolgte zweite Sendungsversuch, Paket wurde wieder nicht eingeliefert. Dadurch ist meine Schwester ohne Weihnachtsgeschenk geblieben.
Für sehr nette Kommunikation - 2 Sterne, aber nur zwei, da Ware nicht erhalten. Hoffe ich bekomme mindestens mein Geld zurück 🤷♀️
