I bought a disposable vape and it did not last even one day, even though I didn't use it much. The customer service said I used too much. I, then, bought a Dab pen and the expected item did absolutely not match the reality as the website described. The items were expencive and different from what the website shows which clearly has misleading informations. I contacted the customer service and they asked me to take pics of the single items. After that they say they cannot refund me because I opened the package. Such a joke.
