My husband and I used your service in our trip to Istambul (oct-2022). In general we are happy with the service. Good points: punctuality, the service of the manager that is always willing to help, you fell safe. Negative points: price a little too expensive and for us, what's lost important, most of the drivers doesn't speak English or any language rather than Turkish. That makes things really complicated. We hired a private taxi driver for 6 hours, and we needed to adapt the plan as we wasted the first half hour trying to communicate. The manager was really helpful, but for the price they ask, you expect at least that the drivers speak a little bit more english. (We speak 3 languages and we are really open minded and work in tourism, so we are used to communicate with people all over the world) Be aware all the rates are in USD
