AVOID THIS BUSINESS. I ordered back in October. Never recieved any order confirmation, she took my money. After reading a few more complaints on Facebook, it seemed like I wasn't going to get my order, so I raised a dispute through the bank to get my money back. She finally emailed me to say she was posting my items a month after I ordered them. She's now threatening me because of the dispute I raised, even though it was only a temporary refund while they investigated. Terrible customer service! Obviously won't be buying from again! I'm sure she'll soon go under due to the amount of complaints & terrible service. Also false advertising, she advertised on her Facebook that October orders will recieve a free holographic lipgloss (the main reason I ordered) which I never received & she's refusing to send one out to me!
