Bei meiner Baratza sette 270 war nach 3 Jahren das Getriebe kaputt. Ich habe bei Himmelpfort ein neues gekauft und eingebaut. Nach wiederum etwa 3 Jahren drehte das Getriebe durch. Ich bestellte diesmal Getriebe mit Motor, da die Reparatur damit erheblich einfacher ist. Doch das alte Getriebe funktioniert nun wieder und die Mühle mahlt einwandfrei. Wohl nicht mehr sehr lange. Ich finde das konstruktive Konzept der Baratza sette überzeugend, die Ausführung in Kunststoff unterirdisch. Bei Himmelpfort gibt es zum Glück die Ersatzteile zu annehmbaren Preisen.
