Shocking company. We fired them as soon as they started to think they could put up fees by 700%. This outfit try all kinds of shifty things, they did all the usual stuff like appoint themselves as directors of the manco, never informed members and then started to dictate terms. As soon as we got wind of this we got ourselves appointed as directors, enforced their resignations as directors (as per the TP1s) and then fired them with immediate effect. Never have I dealt with such a bunch of shady, money grabbing "fleece holders" incompetent chancers. If you have them, fire them they will screw you over as soon as they can.
