I live in a block of flats where the leaves in the car have not been cleared in TWO AND HALF YEARS and when I talk to the Manager he doesn't want to do anything about it. I think that he will have to leave the job before the leaves in the car park are cleared. The lawn gets cut every fortnight but the car park is full of leaves and these leaves are being taken into the building and motor vehicles.
