Hi there, I have been purchasing from your business for many years (when I had money) but I now find being a pensioner that I cannot afford items the way I used to, especially as the cost of things keep spiralling with no slowing down in sight, I find nothing wrong with your services etc. but these days I have to save up for some time before I can purchase something and sometimes by then what I would like is no longer available, over the years I have contributed very well to your principal's retirement fund but now unfortunately I have to slow down considerably, sorry, thank you, Jack.
