Purchased the item while their webpage shows in stock, right away they sent through a order confirmation after I paid. After 10 business days I heard nothing from them so I called. Then I received an email saying that the item is out of stock. Excuse me??? Out of stock after 10 business days of purchase? Why didn't your customer service get in touch with me first? Oh sorry, these guys don't really care about the quality of their customer service. They probably had the item sold in their physical store first, then of course they cannot fulfill their online orders. No compensation for their own fault, just telling me that it is a system error. This is not the way to earn your customer's loyalty. I know your business is growing big, but I would rather support those small business which really cares about their customers.
