The website is easy to use. Search function works as expected. Found the products I wanted, added to cart, purchased in a seamless process.
The packaging was superb coming across the ditch to New Zelaand. Is as someone would expect a fragile item to be packaged.
The time it took from purchasing through to eventually being shipped took a few days from memory so this part of the transaction could be better, hence the 4 out of 5 star rating.
