I really dislike ordering on line, so I rang and spoke to a very lovely young man, who was able to answer any questions I had.
My biggest concern I had was with the online product description. I ordered the grass tufts and needed to know the diameter and height of the tufts, which was why I had to talk to someone. Even when I got the tufts, they weren’t exactly what I needed, but I had to make do. And there was no mention that the tufts almost disintegrate when they come in contact with water.
Phone service was excellent.
