I placed my online order on 29th Jan. Heard nothing for 4 weeks so I emailed HoobyCo on 26th Feb and was told half of my items were now unavailable. I was offered a refund or to pick other items. A poor service to begin with but was followed by good customer service. I'm assuming my order went missing and nobody let me know until I followed up a month later.
