Shopping and payment processes were seamless, yet despite opting for 2-3 day delivery and paying accordingly, a week has passed and I'm still without my miniatures. The lack of updates has necessitated repeated inquiries on my part, and unfortunately, there's been no resolution in sight. While I acknowledge that Evri is the carrier, the staff's response has been lacking in empathy and understanding. It's frustrating to note that the website absolves them of any responsibility in case of courier delays, making refunds unlikely.
