I have six pairs of these Verney Carron original trousers which are extremely hard to find nowadays especially in the smaller waist sizes.
They are definitely not waterproof but are extremely hard wearing, easy to wash with plenty of pockets, sadly distributors don’t carry much of the remaining stock. I wouldn’t leave home without wearing a pair.
