My order was a jacket and 4x Nikwax products. The Nikwax was loose packed and had a slight leak from the tops over the jacket bag and return slip leaving a sticky mess.
The state of the jacket bag was second hand and it was re sealed. It looked like someone had re tied the tags on the jacket.
